With any fuser or maintenance kit purchase you
will receive a return label. If you choose to you may return your old fuser for
a refund of your deposit. To receive the refund you must return the old fuser
within 14 business days of placing your order. To get full credit you must write the
corresponding order number on at least three sides of the box in which the fuser
is being returned in. Failure to return the old fuser within the 14 day period
will mean that you forfeit your deposit completely. There are no
exceptions. After the 14 day period you may keep both fusers and your deposit
cannot be refunded.
